Natassja Marc

Natassja Marc was born and raised on Vancouver island. She started  her dance training at the age of 9, later completing the Professional  Graduate program at Arts Umbrella, under the direction of Artemis  Gordon. It was there that she had the privilege of performing works by  renowned artists such as Aszure Barton, Crystal Pite, Lesley Telford  and Sharon Eyal, among others. She also attended the Creative  Gesture at the Banff Centre of the Arts. Natassja had the  privilege of being an Emerging Artist with Ballet BC in 2018-19 under the direction of Emily Molnar, with whom she toured and performed.  Currently Natassja stays inspired by anything that can shed a new light  on her perception of the world, particularly vulnerability and bravery in  instances where the unknown is faced. She looks forward to continuing  her exploration of these concepts creatively.
